I went up to Palomar Mountain to watch Stage 8 of the Amgen Tour of California, and watched this Mercy Air Eurocopter EC 135 make a few landings and takeoffs. I was amazed at how steeply the pilot pitched the aircraft into a nose-down attitude to rapidly accelerate (after ascending vertically until clear of the trees). We were getting ready to head down the hill and back to reality as the festivities wound down when I heard the chopper's engines spool up again. I quickly positioned myself on the edge of South Grade Road, switched my Canon PowerShot SX100 IS to movie mode, and started rolling.

And I swear by the end I thought Nick's drum set was going to fall apart! The editing software I used was'nt registered yet so the video has a watermark in the middle of the screen. My first Piano Video demonstrating the chord structure of: Carousel - Performed by Michael Jackson, produced by Quincy Jones. This song was bumped from the original thriller album, but included in the special edition versions. This video isn't intended for an expert because I have nothing to teach you, I'm still a novice myself. This is meant for a moderate pianist. If there were any mistakes in my chord progression please let me know as I figured this song out by ear. This is my first piano video, I may make more in the future, If I get feedback from this video I may make more. I know that an overhead camera view would be much better but my room is pretty cluttered right now. Usually its not a good idea to cover a Michael Jackson Song unless you really can do it right. This video is my first, there will be more coming which will show how to play this song much more accurately. I am not the most fluent speaker, I am not shy by any means, but watching a video of yourself try to explain something can be a difficult thing to do. "Do I sound that stupid when I'm Talking? This was recorded with a higher-end compact digital camera, but its video-feature is still quite limited. Raynox DCR-250 and Canon SX30IS Super Macro Test

Raynox DCR-250 and Canon SX30IS Super Macro Test Video Clips. Duration : 0.85 Mins.

This is a test of my new Raynor DCR-250 Macro Lens and my advanced point and shoot Canon SX30IS. The test took place the same day I got my lens so I didn't really have a lot of time to play with it but so far I am very happy with the results. You can use the DCR-250 on the Canon SX30IS with the help of www.lensmateonline.com which sells an adapter that fits on the end of the lens for filter attachments. The pictures were done inside I white balanced them with a card, obviously no flash, f which is the smallest I can get at that focal length. ISO - 100, and I was using the colour correction set to Positive film to mimic analog photography. The focal length was 16 mm but, it was on a 6 mm sensor and I'm not sure how to do the math but it was closer to 22x or 25x zoom.

sculptor reghnathan lives and works in a studio space provided by kashi gallery in kakkathuruth island in cochin. the video was shot in canon sx100 digital camera while sitting beside him, in the canoe boat. the conversation in the background is reghnathan speaking to fishing villagers about the elephant which swam into the island. this is for the first time in the history of kakkthuruth island that an elephant has come to the island. there is no way, an elephant can land in the island, unless it swims. the elephant had come for the temple festival in the mainland. now, there is no way the elephant can be brought back to the mainland. elephant is not willing to swim again.
